Touched By An Angel
My name is Karine Henschen and I do believe I was given a purpose to use my hands in order to help people reconnect with the invisible force breathing Life into them. Each session is conducted with the intention to get you in touch with your inner-stillness, that place where you bathe and embrace the natural and healthy flow of Life.
Regardless of the treatment you would like to receive, I will always work in communion with my angels and yours to provide for your highest and greatest good. Your higher self knows what's best for you, and my role is to be quiet enough to get its cues and become a Divinely guided tool.
My work has an emphasis on rejuvenation of the body, mind and spirit. I bring perspective and awareness to my clients' bodies through a purposeful and healing touch. I offer a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release and Reiki. I specialize in Biodynamic Cranio Sacral Touch, a technique that I hold close to my heart.
I graduated from SHI Integrative Medical Massage School in Lebanon, Ohio, in 2008, which I combined with an Internship at the Cincinnati V.A. Hospital Chronic Pain Clinic.
I am licensed by the Medical Board of Ohio (# 33.016676) and the State of Kentucky (# KY-2378). Committed to excellence I also hold a National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodyworkers and am a member of the AMTA.
French native, I also hold a Master's degree in American Literature from Institute Charles V, Paris VII. While building my practice, I continue to work in Florence, KY, in addition to being a wife and mother of two young children.
